Sandy Bakst is a Queen City native, and he has lived in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky most of his life. Sandy is a graduate of Cincinnati´s Woodward High School and the University of Cincinnati.
Sandy offers his real estate clients more than 25 years of valuable sales experience. He began his professional career working for his Dad as a Manufacturer´s Representative, selling women´s sportswear to department stores and family-owned establishments. Sandy later owned and operated a restaurant called, "SJB Eatery and Drinkery"; he sold the company after six years, seeking new challenges.
Sandy spent several years living in Miami, Florida, and during his tenure there he worked as National Sales Manager for Beezil, a college sweatshirt manufacturer and distributor. He gained valuable sales knowledge working with such well known names as Dillards, JC Penney, May Company and Lazarus. The lure of the Tri-State soon called Sandy back home though, and he returned to Greater Cincinnati.
Sandy began his real estate career as a residential loan officer. He soon realized he enjoyed being more directly involved in the process of helping clients buy and sell real estate, and he obtained his real estate sales licenses in 2002. Sandy is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky and is associated with Remax Preferred Group.
Sandy was named to the Ohio Association of Realtors´ President´s Sales Club in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Additionally, In the September issue of Cincinnati Magazine, Sandy was one of 250 (out of 6000) Super Real Estate Agents in 2005 in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. He enjoys working with buyers and sellers seeking all types of property, including existing single family homes, condominiums, new construction, investment properties, small commercial and multi-family units. Sandy enjoys the diversity of working with clients in all price ranges, and each client is given professional, dedicated personal service, no matter the size of a transaction!
